I have just decided that there will never be a dull moment in my life. In the past 12 months we have had to replace the fridge, dishwasher, hot water heater and air conditioner in our house that we rent out. As soon as we got the air conditioner resolved in the rental, within a month the house we are living in now developed a leak in the walls that have resulted in having to have the sheetrock and insulation ripped out on three floors of the house to dry out wet, moldy smells. Life is busy and complicated enough without all these curveballs! I swear!!
